The facility is always clean and I never feel rushed or like they’re trying to just get me out the door and move on to the next customer. That alone speaks to their professionalism and knowledge of the different hair types/body areas, because not one size fits all. Most places only had the hard wax available for all waxing areas, which doesn’t work well for everyone (including myself). I also really liked that they don’t have just one type of wax. I’ve never had issues with scheduling my appointment and everything is well organized from the time you book, all the way to when you leave the door happily waxed. Margie and Arlette are the absolute sweetest and made me feel comfortable, which can always be a concern when getting a Brazilian wax.

No wonder they need cheap promos on Groupon to get people to come here, because it actually sucks. European Wax Center is by far the best compared to this. had she given me my money back i would have probably been dumb enough to go back.
i see why she kept the money, cause no one is coming to this cheap a** place anyway. stating that it says if you’re late or miss appointments they are allowed to keep your money. i talked to the manager and she was so rude about it. i missed that appt, and they kept my money. even after the horrible service, i still paid a month in advance for my next wax there which was like $40. they still use paper and wax for their waxes which is super uncomfortable. the real reason im writing this review is because you get what you pay for ladies, i found this offer on groupon for 15-19 dollars i cant remember i know it was cheap. After i left here i had covid, not saying i got covid from this place but i had it shortly after.
LOL, i went to this place a year or so ago and i broke out from a brazilian wax so bad, i had white bumps everywhere that i was waxed.
